Always looking for a way to bring something new and beautiful to a world where neither is noticed often, Jadiid (jAH-deed) began. This music seeks to show people to not only listen but create. To not only hear but sing with, to join the choir. Through the departure and arrival of many members, they continue to find the space to make something that connects, not forgetting that a good song is all that is needed

Coming off of their first ep recorded in a basement with the help of many friends, Jadiid is now a band in a larger community of many, with their roots in the city of Chicago

While commited to their own, they share music and life with these other great artists: Ben Abney, The Hudson Branch, Karl F. Kling, All That Noise For Feeling, Berry, Mi Ciudad Anhelada, Nate Henricks, Enoke, and A Midday Atlantic.
