Jacquelyn Ann Burns Bio

Jacquelyn is a simple girl from Columbia, South Carolina. She grew up with a father who played guitar and sang all the time and at a young age she began singing along and loved the attention from her performance. Her mother, brother, sister and friends were all wonderful supporters as Jacquelyn found the need to perform around the clock.

She found her love for the theater at age 8 when she auditioned for “The Music Man” and sang Shirley Temples, “On the Good Ship Lollipop.” Jacquelyn, with her curly blonde hair, innocent smile, and burst of energy has been hooked ever since. She thanks her mother for letting her follow her dream and not forcing me to do something different.

She did several musicals through her teen years and went on to get a BA in Theater, Speech and Dance in College. Then off to Hollywood to begin the journey of making her dreams come true. She packed her car, kissed her momma good bye and left her small town to see what Hollywood could bring.

She has been living in Hollywood for 2 and a half years and has done a few small roles on TV shows, Worked as a promotional model, moved around more than any one person should, and wanted so desperately to sing again. She hadn’t really done much with her singing cause although she loves to sing she was having a hard enough time trying to figure out the acting world and the music business was another monster she didn’t know how to conquer.

She met David Harbaugh while they were living next door to each other in Burbank, CA. Strange enough David was an aspiring singer/guitarist/songwriter so Jacquelyn was in luck. They both saw potential in each other and with the hard work and help from a great producer, Kosta Louis, Jacquelyn and David were able to start making both of there dreams a reality.

Jacquelyn now has her first single “Standing Strong.” She is in great hope for a record label to pick up on the talent or her and her team and help make her dream a reality. Until then she will continue to work hard and keep believing in herself.

She wants to thank her family, friends, team, and everyone who believes in her. It’s been a long road, but she is halfway there and won’t stop until she reaches the stars….
