I’ve been blessed with an awesome opportunity to share my music with more people. Tate Music Group has accepted me as an artist for their label. They will be partnering with me in producing, distributing, and marketing my next CD. I can hardly wait to get started. I’ll keep you posted on the progress!

I’m sorry I don’t have more time to support all my fellow artists the way they deserve. I just want to let everyone know how thankful I am to be in the company of so many great people, with an overwhelming amount of talent. It’s awesome to be here with all of you!

Music is the gift of one’s self. I’m thankful for OurStage, for being a place where we can share that gift freely.

In response to those who feel a song “well produced” should always beat a song that’s less than perfectly produced (in the technical sense), I think you’re wrong. Sometimes it’s those who don’t have the means for professional production who have the best songs. A great song is something deeper than mixing and mastering. It’s about connecting with our listeners and sharing a part of ourselves. Most listeners would much rather listen to a song that means something to them than to something that is professionally produced for the purpose of marketing and business.

“Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep.” – I read that quote somewhere and it stuck with me. I don’t remember who said it but they’re good words to live by.
