Ivo Stan is a Singer Guitar Player Song Writer who was fortunate to be born in a musician’s family giving him the exposure to the studio the road and the stage at very young age . When he was 8 he start taking piano lessons leather on the piano was abandoned in favor of the guitar which remains to date as his main passion . After going trough various bands and projects toward his late teens he formed his most notable band called Hush’ power trio’ with which he ranked the top of the most popular radio station in Bulgaria “Tangra” the song “She’s Dancing on the Street” stayed in the charts for seven weeks out of which 3 weeks at the number one slot After hundreds of shows and music festivals the band Hush dismembered giving Ivo the chance to focus on his solo career during that time he obtained the position of a studio musician as well , Ivo Stan was featured in the albums of a artist and band such Factor , Riton , Vasil Avramov etc..also he enjoyed the orders for numerous Radio/ TV jingles and commercials which he had to compose and perform on. In the beginning of year 2000 Ivo Stan moved to Los Angeles where his musical journey continued. Being a member of several bands and projects Hybrus , Jacky, Hellcats, and his own Ivo Stan Band gave him the chance to perform across the clubs on the sunset strip and LA area . 2004 and 2005 Ivo participated in the Guitar Center Guitarmageddon competition where he was a store winner twice in a row representing Hollywood store on the regional finals both years. Eventually Ivo’s skills as a guitar player got the attention of the ceo and president of Lipe Guitars USA . In the beginning of 2009 at the NAMM SHOW in Anaheim CA Lipe Guitars presented the Ivo Stan signature model called” The Ivo” which model is collaboration between Ivo and the world renowned master builder Michael Lipe. Wide range of musical influences reflects on Ivo’s diverse approach as a song writer singer and guitar player colors of country rock blues pop all are margin into one impressive style where traditional and modern exist in a perfect harmony.
