Imani has been involved in several musical and theatrical endeavors...beginning her roots in the church. Since age 4, she has demonstrated both vocal and acting abilities at the community level as well as professionally in her hometown of Flint, Michigan and in Atlanta, GA. Seizing the lead female roles in such stage plays as "Shattered Dreams", "One Hour", and "Power Playz"; as well as supporting roles in short films "Unexpected Expectancies" and "It Always Ends in Murder", Imani has demonstrated a very versatile acting potential. She has also done background vocals for many artists as well as performed as a solo vocalist for Councilmen, club, and Celebrity Basketball functions. Imani is currently writing lyrics with a unique blend of Old School and New School R&B, Jazz, Pop and Hip Hop rolled together to make an undeniable sound.
