Hey all. Horizontal Heroes is Heath Clark, Roger Clark, and others who pretty much come and go as they please. We are a band originally from Dallas, Texas. We’ve been around too much perhaps, from Dallas to Corpus Christi, TX, to Sacramento, CA, to Kansas City, MO, to Charlotte, NC. We’ve played in Dallas at Lucky 777 Saloon (where we got to put our name on the wall – check the ceiling for “The Droogies”, that was us then), and showcased for NYC Fame in Corpus Christi, and played college parties in Dallas as well.
I guess we’ve been pushed out of the scene here lately in favor of bands with a harder sound, but we’re not changing our ways for a dollar. This is who we are, love us or hate us. We’ll never stop doing what we do. It’s only a matter of who gets to enjoy this with us. It’s like this, there are two lines: our friends, who love it, or everyone else, who can suck it. Which line are you in???
