Hero Appeal was created by former guitarist of Tuesday’s Mourning, Zach Nail, and Adam Dodson in July 2011. What was originally an occasional acoustic jam session turned into a bigger set when they met up with drummer Allan Torres, and decided to create a pop-punk band. After playing with a bassist heavily influenced by 80’s metal, they decided to make a change up and started playing with previous... To Be Consumed members Bassist Parker Volpe and Guitarist Jon Pattie (who was also a part of Tuesday’s Mourning). Being all seniors in high school, they decided this was their last chance to make a real impact as a band. Influences include All Time Low, Yellowcard, A Day to Remember, Fall Out Boy and many others. With a first Demo album on the way, they have high hopes for the future of the band.
