Heather Renee was born February 22, 1978, in Nurenburg, Germany. An Army Brat, her taste in music is as diverse as her travels and she blends her love of all genres ranging from classical to rock in a unique music style she can proudly call her own. Her signature sound, Acoustic Pop, has been compared to musical greats such as: Karen Carpenter, Feist, Janis Ian, Heather Nova, Roberta Flack, and Jewel.

Heather Renee plays both guitar and piano. She produces and records most of her music in her own home studio. Though she performs out regularly both solo and with a band at music venues across the DC metro area, she has recently taken some time off to write and record more music. She just released her first of 11 anticipated CDs entitled “Pretty Prison”. Her next CD to be entitled “Braille” is due out in July of 2007.
