“I love music. It’s as simple as that! Every sacrifice I’ve made to become an artist has made me who I am as a person. “I love music. It’s as simple as that! Every sacrifice I’ve made to become an artist has made me who I am as a person. I am content and wouldn’t trade being true to himself for anything in the world.” Hayle was drawn to music from a very young age. Hayle’s parents noticed his early-age obsession with guitar and decided to provide him with music lessons. Before long, Hayle was able to write his own music and express himself with a guitar and his voice. When Hayle turned 18, he knew he had to leave his hometown Fresno, California and make his way 4 hours south to Los Angeles to pursue music. While getting his degree in graphic design and advertising at the California State University of Fullerton, Hayle started writing music and working with several bands to find his niche in music. Hayle was very influenced by bands and artists such as Tool, NIN, RHCP, Incubus, Fiona Apple, and many more, which is why he loved performing in rock bands. In 2004 Hayle formed a rock band called Side 8. They put out 2 CD’s, and toured around California and went on small tours across America. Side 8 was one of Hayle’s favorite rock projects, but because everyone wasn’t on the same page he decided to seek out other musical ventures. In 2007, Hayle began writing with a piano player and formed an acoustic group called The Remotes. They played all over California and had some success with local shows, but he still wasn’t completely satisfied. Hayle knew he had to follow his heart, which is why he decided to go solo. Since 2009 Hayle has been a solo artist writing elaborate melodies using a guitar, keyboard, and Logic recording software. Hayle self-produced and recorded an E.P at his apartment and refined his skills as a songwriter and recording engineer by taking classes and workshops on songwriting/music production. Today, Hayle is currently working on a new CD and plan to release it in June of 2011.
