I love positive energy and am making an effort to squeeze every drip of goodness out of the beach towel we call life. I channel my creative spirit through music, as a performer, a fan and making a living!

I'm in the psychedelic rock band "The New Up", and I also work at Blue Bear School of Music in San Francisco.
