Harvey Van Chapman, formerly known as `Tyce, was born and bred on the coast of North Carolina where he grew up under the influence of R&B/Soul appreciating and soon adapting it into his own. Growing up as a dancer for 15 years ‘Tyce was very self-concious and reluctant in his young age to pursue his vocal capabilities which was all very new to him. At the ripe age of eighteen, he was uprooted to Boston, Massachusetts where he was introduced to Vocal trainer and Producer Margo Thunder with whom he worked with for several years building himself vocally and as a songwriter to become as raw and powerful as he is today. He is currently traveling and working towards finishing his current project entitled, “Love,sex, and relationships…”, as well as flexing his writing skill in the meantime to make a name for himself in the music industry. `Tyce quotes," I tend to carry my heart on my sleeve, and there’s a reason.
