About H2-O

Portrait of H2-O
Its said the best way to stand out in a crowd of busy people is to stand still. The entertainment world, specifically the music industry is ever so dynamic. Everything is a race to see who can get to the top the fastest, in pursuit of the almighty dollar. Everybody is looking for the next fashion trend or the latest fad in search of their own individuality; not knowing that nobody can be them, better than them. So, in the midst of change I decided to stand still.

I grew up in the hood like everyone else; Paterson, New Jersey home sweet home. Every other corner has a liquor store or a Chinese restaurant. Crack heads ask for money in the drive thru of the McDonalds and the fried chicken store is always open. Hustlers make their money from sun up to sun down and attract girls that probably should be in the house minding their kids. But who am I to judge? Im just a man making an observation; nothing more nothing less.

Today was a regular day. I'm probably on my way home aggravated as hell at some form of stupidity that happened in the office today but it pays the bills... I do my best put my Duke University education to use; I mean I'm not paying back these school loans for nothing (LOL). I'm done with my debut album TESER which is actually a prequel/introduction to the concept of (RESET). When I get home I'm going to grab a glass of Everglo on the rocks, touch base with the wife, and get ready to start the 2nd part of my day and ultimately my passion - MUSIC. This is what I do I Plan...I Invest.... I Work.... On producing a product that might give people a sense of hope to better their situation and defy gravity if you will cause society keeps pulling them down.

I dont hustle and I dont steal (anymore). All I try to do is stand still. I'm not interested in the glitz and glamour but rather I'm concerned with what happens to it after its gone. After your favorite star gives back the rental from the video shoot, pays the models for making him/her look important, and just stands still. I want to know what they invest in, and how they make sure that they can maintain their life after stardom. In case you are wondering why I want to know, the answer is simple; FOR YOU. Everyone shows you what they have I want to show you how to get it (legally that is).

God gave me a talent so its my duty to share it with you. I dont write rhymes. I see them. When I listen to music I see colors, and eventually I see the words that correspond with those colors and thats what you end up hearing. If you think it sounds crazy, imagine dealing with it everyday!

I Accept the fact that nothing is certain and no law is fixed. The best way to protect yourself is to be as fluid and formless as water; never bet on stability or lasting order. Everything changes (Green, Robert xvi, The 48 Laws of Power). It is natures calmest yet most destructive element. It represents the ease with which I flow and various styles that you are likely to hear from me. People call me H2-O.
