Greenland
Greenland's debut EP is now available on
What you see is what you get with Greenland. Not style, not hype, not glamour. Five guys quietly writing tunes. Good tunes. Unassumingly rocking those tunes into your psyches. Patiently plotting to make those tunes the soundtrack of your lives.
Like every band, Greenland is a product of its past - the 90s alt-rock of their youth filtered through the best of 60s pop all the way to the self-made indie giants of the new musical age. What stands out is an innate sense of melody, pop hooks, and catchy choruses – a classic mixture with a timeless quality.
Greenland realizes that the power of the arts lies in the audience's passion for introspection. Disillusionment, identity, and isolation are recurring themes; it’s sometimes deep, and always honest. But that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun – come to the shows, listen to the tunes, and see for yourself.
