Give Or Take appeared on the Adelaide music scene in late 2007, exhibiting their own unique display of music in what Guitarist Conor Kenneally described as “Upbeat reggae” mixed in with Punkish riffs and everlasting tempo changes. Give or Take have quickly established themselves in the local Ska/Punk scene. Working their way up from small stages with dodgy Mic’s to respectable stages with a decent fallback. They’ve shared the stage with a lot of respectable Adelaide bands including Delamare, Granny Flat, Son Of Dad, The Hoodoo Voodoo Dolls, SA Waste plus many many more.
Conor Kenneally is responsible for those infectious guitar melodies and smooth vocals. Rhys ‘Lightnin’ Shilton will be filling in those grooving bass fills, Harrison ‘Harry’ Plane is cranking the infectious sax along with Rowan Harding. Then at the back of the stage, hidden by a set of amps Paarth Sharma will be smashing the drums.
