About George Stass

"It's been ten years since I quit my day job....". I'm always proud to say when people ask me if I play music full time.
I'm then reminded of how fortunate I am to be able to do what I love to do for a living.
Especially in NYC were I'm from and still reside.
I've been playing guitar and writing songs since I was thirteen.
I've met and played with many wonderful and talented musicians and I've been given the opportunity through music to meet so many people and form beautiful friendships.
My goal is to write the best songs that I can and put them out in the world to touch and inspire people the way I've been through the music of so many others.

Hey George "in a dark corner" is a very good piece, dark and concerning. I liked it so much I put it in my favs. I also gave you the thumbs up in the voting. The opening wah wah starts this song off on a different light and your lyrics accompanied by your very direct vocals takes you right to the heart of the meaning. Beatlesque lead guitar is perfect. I think its all brilliant. I'll keep listening. Peace and respect -rob
