I'm glad you added me as a friend. It's kinda weird - I read your bio right after hanging up from talking on the phone with another guy who just moved to Texas from Phoenix. He spent some time in a half-way house before moving so you might know each other. (I don't believe in coincidences.) I was his chaplain while he was incarcerated in the Texas Youth Commission years ago- It's amazing how we never forget someone who shows us love when we are down! Now, even though he's grown up, my husband and I continue to serve as a "steady hand in times of turmoil". It sounds like you know a thing or two about turbulent times. You've got a great voice encased by great pain. Keep writing. I've found that for me, it is an outlet for good and bad emotions (and it is the main way superb music is created.)
