Steve Thompson is a progressive/acoustic/rock artist who recently released the much anticipated Allusions To A God. The album ranges from the well-structured "Terminal" to the much more experimental free-flowing "Two Heads of the Hydra". The album touches on several issues including doubt, death, self-realization and hope. Brandon Martinazzi co-produced the album and served as percussionist. Steve Thompson served as lead Vocalist, Guitar, Bass, Effects and Synthesizer on all tracks. The Album was recorded over the months of May to December of 2006.Currently, Steve Thompson is writing and recording demos for his sophomore effort. Again, this recording will be characterized by Thompson's trademark use of vocal overdubs and spacey guitar but also noticeably more oriented towards folk music than his previous work.
