Fraudulent Mistake, originally Price To Pay, was formed in late 2005, early 2006. The name change was brought on for many reasons, but mainly because the members felt that it was needed. As we progressed, original members Chris Sosebe and Robert Hatch left to from Among the Forbidden (RIP), leaving James Murphy and Brandon Sweeney to form the lineup that is Fraudulent Mistake today.
