The band was born as a rock project from the meeting of Martha Mels, Lucian, Carl and Mark. In 2003, Exempla Traunt began to deepen the sound research, to plan the style that characterizes them, and to conceive a rock that is technological. Things rapidly started growing and after some years of gaining live experience, Daniel was added to the band as fifth member. In 2003, Exempla Traunt began to deepen the sound research, to plan the style that characterizes them, and to conceive a rock that is technological. Things rapidly started growing and after some years of gaining live experience, Daniel was added to the band as fifth member. As determined explorers of new frontiers the artists feel the influence of the pioneers of progressive rock and of the atmospherics of the psychedelic sound. After a retreated time of intense experimentations in the recording room, they finished their first self-produced work, "Run Away", characterized by an energetic and elegant rock.
