"With a conscious mind and a charismatic prescence EVENFLOFLUENT'S powerful voice and words ring through your head long after leaving the venue" Born in Southern California and shortly there after heading north, Jeremy "EVENFLOFLUENT" Boucher learned at a young age that he had a hip hop heart and the norcal gift of gab. After years of making demo tapes and garage classics EVENFLOFLUENT joined forces with his childhood friend WILLYMACK , they then grabbed DJ IZM to form HIGH INTENT. While getting known for their memorable stage performances around the bay area, HIGH INTENT then released their debut album "UNDAUNTED" in 1998. The album featured such hits as "SLANDERED SOLILOQUY" and "GOLDEN TOKENS". The pair of MC's then released their sophmore effort "STILL UNDAUNTED" in 2001. The record featured songs like "CHOCK-LATTE" and "GLOBAL WARMING" which featured R&B artists DIONYZA and ANDRE WILLIAMS. Along with a college radio and high school tour, they started opening up for such artists as DIGITAL UNDERGROUND, E-40 and the CLICK, TWDY and the late MAC DRE. HIGH INTENT also recorded a track called "MORE TODAY THAN YESTERDAY" with R&B singer NATALIE BROWN. That song was recorded for Identity Music Group and was used on the sitcom "MEET MY FOLKS" for NBC. After taking a few years off to pursue an acting career EVENFLOFLUENT released a project called "LOST & FOUND". It's an underground album rather than a studio album full of unmixed songs and mixtape tracks, but songs like "HIP HOP HEART" and "STIMULATE" display the skills of the versatile MC. EVENFLOFLUENT released "CLOCKWORK GREEN" in late 2008. With Production from C-SMOOTH and others the album has a little something for everybody. After years of following the rasta music culture, the first single off of the record was "MAKE PROPHET", a collaboration with the well known reggae singer PREZIDENT BROWN. A video for the track was filmed on location in JAMAICA. Tracks like the stripper pole anthem "GORILLA PIMPIN Vs." and the smooth swagger of the title track "CLOCKWORK GREEN" proves that EVENFLOFLUENT is a force to be wreckoned with. He also includes his own musical family WILLYMACK on "GRINDEN" and ANDRE WILLIAMS on "IN THE MOMENT". The HIGH INTENT fans prayers have been answered as EVENFLOFLUENT & WILLYMACK are set to once again collaborate on a brand new album entitled "VERBATIM" The new recordings showoff the production skills of the FUNK VOLUME CREW and JAYWAN who has produced tracks for such artists as YOUNG JEEZY, FLO RIDA, TREY SONGZ and BONE THUGS. The first single from "VERBATIM" is called HOT SHOTS produced by AUDITORY. The producer has also worked on tracks with such artists as YUKMOUTH, ROYCE DA 5'9 and the GAME. The record is slated to be released in the SUMMER of 2010. The duo also are the lead MC'S for their band OFF THE CUFF. "The feel of the band is like something that the musical world has not felt yet". The band features EVENFLOFLUENT & WILLYMACK up front and ANDRE WILLIAMS on backup vocals. CARLOS "C-LOS" RINCON is holdin it down on lead guitar and MICHAEL "CELLA" ACOCELLA is on drums. OFF THE CUFF is rounded out by DJ EXACTLY and LUIS GARCIA on bass. Luis is the son of former SANTANA singer TITO GARCIA.
