My name is Eva, Im a singer and songwriter. I was born and raised in The Netherlands. From my childhood on I have just one love and that’s singing and making/loving music. My songwriting has evolved through the years and I am now working on my debut album. I love emotional expression in powerful production. This can be any style, but my songs always link to each other. I love to do vocal harmonies like Mariah Carey, create layers, funny melodies, at the same time rhythmically put together. I listen to every aspect of a song and automatically just know what needs to happen in the moment so to speak!.. I taught myself to sing and grow till now, mostly by listening to touching and inspiring music. For more chances at a breakthrough I am contacting people on My Space, great producers, artists, record labels…. I have been singing since I was a child, I come from a very talented family of musicians. My mother taught me the piano. My father took me and my brother to the streets to perform at the age of 11. I learned my vocal harmonies very soon that way. Then I played acoustic songs live, and also with party cover bands I learned a lot, mostly how not to do things ;) . Also I have lots of recording experience. I took part in several talent shows, I played at a Dutch festival called Concert At Sea as opening act for Dutch pop sensation Blof. I had some PR support but all provincial. Also I had the opportunity to play on national live radio, 3 FM and Radio 2. There was a single release on low basis, my songs Roll it Over Me and On The Loose were widely given out to the people, as a promotional act that I took part in, called Pop At Sea. though this was very helpful, I am still looking for ways to break out, internationally. Currently Im collaborating with MattiBaB from the Bellamy Boys, we make very nice funky grooves that sooth the ear. I’m mostly busy on the internet getting in touch with experienced producers and artists, also in the USA and UK, because I like to see myself working and growing successfully as an artist, on international level. Soon I will place Live Video’s on You Tube, for a more clear view on what I have to bring..
