Wayne Bonnett is an electronic musician, sound designer, producer, and sound engineer who specializes in electronic music.

He is the sole member and mastermind behind the band Equinox Shadow.

Wayne started performing in the mid to late 80’s in front of friends and family. After graduating high school in 1989, Wayne’s focus shifted away from music, and started chasing the “American dream”.

A tragic turn of events led Wayne back into music production. When Wayne’s grandmother passed away in 2006, and he turned to the music he loved to create to help deal with her passing.

Some of Wayne’s musical influences are Tangerine Dream, Juno Reactor, Jean Michel Jarre, DRAX, E.V.O.K, Trance Control, Atlas Plug, Enya, Enigma, Moby, Tori Amos, and Depeche Mode.

Wayne enjoys playing easy listening piano and synthesized ambient “space” music. However, he prefers to compose and produce fast paced trance and techno music.

A friend of Wayne’s had this to say about his music;

• “It’s the kind of music you’d want to hear if you were flying lay-of-the-land in a fighter jet for the first time – at full afterburner.

• The kind of music you’d want screaming into your ears while you were carving virgin powder on a snowboard after dropping from a chopper – on Mt. Rainer.

• The type of music you play when you’re alone and dependent upon nothing but your own instincts and reflexes for survival.

It’s the kind of music that will land you in jail if you listen to it while driving.

• It’s very simply the kind of music that gives your goosebumps, goosebumps, makes your pupils dilate, and makes your heart beat out of your chest.".

My most important accomplishment in music: I have created a 16 song CD that is called “HOPE For Pets Vol. 1”. This CD contains over an hour of easy listening music (you can listen to the high quality song samples at http://www.HopeForPetsMusic.com if you wish.

I’m donating as many CD’s as needed to HOPE to sell at their fundraisers. All of the money raised from the sales of the CD at HOPE’s fundraisers will be theirs to keep.

I will also sell the CD’s online, both in physical form as well as digital downloads (from iTunes, Napster, Yahoo! Music, and such). I will be donating a substantial portion of these sales to HOPE For Pets.

I will also sell bulk quantities of the CD at a discounted price. This will enable other organizations around the world to sell them at their fundraisers, or even on their own website.

This will still benefit HOPE For Pets, as I will donate a substantial portion of the bulk sales directly to HOPE For Pets.
