Hello, my name is Caitlin, but I am also known as Empress because when I perform, I rule the stage. I’m twenty-one years old. I am a singer, songwriter, producer and dancer. I have been singing since I could talk and dancing since I could walk. I began writing at the age of ten and producing for the last few years. I work in several genres including pop, dance, hip hop, trance, techno, R&B, and club. When creating music I try to make sure that it is gripping, and will pull you in. I create music that I believe is appealing to mainstream listeners.
Besides music, dancing is a huge part of my act. I am a dancing fool. I am very far from you ordinary, run of the mill, female dancer. I fuse together several different styles of dancing to get my own. My dancing is highly influenced by Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, and Usher. However, don’t be mistaken, although influenced by these great dancers before me, I have my own very distinct style of dancing. Again, dancing is one of the biggest parts of my show and whenever I hit the stage, I always try to give the audience a show they will never forget.
I am hard working and I am always looking for new venues to perform at. I’m constantly sharpening my skills and making new music. I always give my best in whatever I do when it comes to music no matter how big or small the show. I want to be the best at what I do one day. I know in order to be the best, you have to beat the best. With hard work and determination, I plan on just doing that.
