Elegant Junkie was formed originally in 1991 and we played many, many shows in the Battle Creek/Kalamazoo and surrounding areas for 6 years. Elegant Junkie was formed originally in 1991 and we played many, many shows in the Battle Creek/Kalamazoo and surrounding areas for 6 years. Thru various members and many trials, the music never changed. I have now put this band back together with the original bass player and Will Higgins playing drums in place of my brother. I have replaced the lead guitar player Grant Jacobus, (which has been done many times in the past by many different guitar players) with Eric Crane, and also replaced the singer Chris Juhnke (God rest his soul) with Tim Asher. Initially this was done in hopes to record the original songs so that we could have hard copies of the music we had done when we were young. This is ELEGANT JUNKIE REVISITED, same songs as before, a little harder, a little more "metal", and 20 years in the waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
