Francis, born August 12, 1972 at Muncy Valley Hospital, Muncy, Pennsylvania grew up in a small town of Lairdsville with his mother Donna C Reynolds and two younger siblings Malisa K Reynolds and James A Reynolds. He attended Hughesville High School in Hughesville, Pennsylvania while at the same time attended Williamsport Vo-Tech where he took up building construction and auto body. Francis started playing guitar at the age of six. He got the interest to learn by watching his father Harry F Reynolds and uncles when they would get together. He would sit and observe the way they would hold their chords and there strumming techniques. The first song he learned was Wipe - Out. At the time he thought that was really great. When he got out of high school he was offered a position in a local band. Not only did he play with Johnny Jolin and Black Jack Band he also had the opportunity to collaborate and write with Johnny Jolin. In the 9 years of holding his position in the band he had the honors of opening up for big national acts such as Chely Wright, Confederate Railroad, Brian White, Steve Warner, Ricochet, Hank Williams III, David Lee Murphy, Jeff Carson, Mel McDaniel to name a few. In January 2002 he resigned his position in the band to pursue his own music career. He has come a long way since January 2002. He went to Nashville, Tennessee to meet with a producer in the Hendersonville area. Bob Jenkins offered him to do a demo recording for the RobChris Music Group. Bob Jenkins in now shopping the demo recording to record labels. He has been asked by the producer to come back and work with him some more. He is planning a trip back in the future. He has become a BMI affiliate and to this date has registered all his lyrics to the company. Francis did his first demo at Broken Records Northumberland, Pennsylvania under the guidance of Keith Mohr. In 2002 Francis packed up his family and moved to Nashville to pursue his career in a direction that it was not going in Pennsylvania. He went on to produce and cut a demo under the guidance of Baldwin Entertainment, Black Smith Records with a little help from his mother. He recorded in the studio with Alan Jackson's studio musicians. He is currently living back in Pennsylvania. He continues to sing, play guitar, and write songs on his own but is looking to collaborate with other musicians.
