The Council-The Ruling Ones This is the duo that ignites every ear with their fresh but non traditional style of rap music. Mr. Neziah Israel (Fly Boy Zy) and Braylon Jones (A.D.D.I.C.A Jones which means All Dedication does is Continue Ambition) are the two growing masters and the gift to the music industry. Together they are The Council. This dynamic rapping duo originates straight out the “East Side” Midwest representing the queen city of Cincinnati, Ohio. The Council has earned the title of one of the most illustrious rap groups in the Midwest. This two of a kind are now navigating their way to the rap industry by being one of the few featured artists on the world famous DJ Green Lantern’s mixtape; where their song “Just Want More” rests as a light to the brilliance of this renown DJ’s unsigned artists’ release. The Council has also been featured nationally on a mixtape by Slip and Slide DJ Dre. As a group, The Council has generated numerous original songs into mixtapes which has been nationally released by Slip and DJ Dre and is currently working with Southern Smoke, which will be hosted by the famous DJ Smallz. In addition to their features their song “What they know/ Bout me” was featured on 101.1 the Wiz the hottest hip-hop radio station in Cincinnati, Ohio. They were recognized as the artist of the week for remaking “Flashing Lights” by Kanye West. To share the wealth and talent The Council composed an intro song for a popular radio personality The N.O.C, which was aired consistently throughout an entire year but still has listeners wanting more from this artist. When it comes to rap skills, other up and coming artists can’t hold a candle to The Council. Fly Boy Zy and A.A.D.I.C.A Jones has not only raised the bar of a unique caliber for unsigned artists, but they’re known for setting the stage for shows headlined by artists such as Rick Ross, Young Dro, Jeezy, Dolla, Rasheeda and the “So Icey” Gucci Mane; to name a few. This creative and endless duo embodies the growth mentality; as illustrated in the song “Just Want More”; The Council presents their craft to the mainstream market. With the given ability these two men has the intense gift to not only rap but to distribute, and even produce any sound required to put their works of art on the charts. To give you a feel of their musical styling, every song is originally written and self composed. The pair’s usage of time and original flair speaks for itself while experiencing their innovative rapping style. Fly Boy Zy and A.D.D.I.C.A Jones are two men who thirsts for their exclusive position in the music industry.
