I was buried in the stack of papers in the back seat singing along with the AM Radio, and my brother making fun of me and trying to get my dad's attention by pointing to me in the back seat and laughing at me." TODD DUFFLEY BIO Todd is a singer, songwriter, composer, producer and self-taught musician. Born and raised in Canton, Ohio. Todd is the youngest of three children. His first major musical influence was his Uncle Larry Kelly, who performed around Ohio and surrounding states. Todd's love of music wasn't learned, it was instilled in him through traditional Americana family values and upbringing.His singing began in the school choir starting in grade school through Junior High, and the church choir.In 1989, Todd landed an audition for the Nashville show "You Can Be A Star", but the show was cancelled before he could make an appearance. He continued to write and record his music, sending out demos and playing gigs. By 1991, he had written and recorded ten songs. In 2003,he felt the time was right to put out his first album He released his debut album "Todd Duffley and Friends" in September 2007. With today's technology, the internet has been a useful tool in promoting his music. The album has already been rated in the top 10 on the Americana Indie Charts with 5 out of 7 releases being rated No.1. He has also been rated Top 5 singer, and Best Album by fans. The music is being played from Texas, New York, Canada, and California,Nashville,Connecticut, and around the world. All his songs are written from personal experiences and sung from the heart. He pours all his passion into the lyrics. He learned that the only way he could truly express himself was through his music. The final product was produced by Jason Rivera of Belden Village Music; co-produced by Todd himself along with the band "Cool Jets". The album is dedicated to his Uncle Larry and his parents.
