Paris Plain a.k.a P-Citi Paris Plain a.k.a P-Citi CEO and artist of the 25 To Fame music Group, at his youthful age of 21 Paris accomplished much as a local artist. He was born September 24th in Detroit Michigan’s Westside. Graduated from Southfield High School in the year 2008 around 2009 he attend ITT-Technical Institute for studies in Engineering tech. Behind all this he had a strong passion for music specifically Rap/Hip-Hop and R&B since the 7th Grade. Around 2000 - 2001 Paris formed a group for various artists, ranging from rappers to singers, graphic designers, photographers and even poets although it had a very rough start from losing his first two members who were also rappers; Paris continued representing the group alone. Around 2009 His now close friend Bookert a.k.a Bam who was also his producer began work on his wide known Mix tape Opposite Of Monday, which had a strong buzz in 2010 when it was released. Paris had one more accomplishment this year that was said to be just a rumor, directly before the mix tape release Paris's mother was in contact with producer and scouts of the newly sold Death Row Records which is now owned by John. R Payne who’s is also planning on changing the name to build a more positive image for the company. With this Paris began taking the processes of joining the bandwagon and allowing them to sponsor his movement.
