Songwriter who sings…yeah…there is a difference. Who am I? First and foremost I am a Christian, then I am an English teacher and a lover of language. I tend to focus more on a song’s lyrics than the music, though I do have music in my blood, so to speak. My father was a Hungarian Gypsy violinist who had his own band and quite a huge following back in the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s. He learned to play from some of the masters when he was 4 years old and had numerous chances to reach “stardom,” whatever that is, but instead he did the starving artist thing and took care of his 6 children the very best he could. I’m forever grateful!

Me? I taught myself how to play guitar when I was 14. I think my dad and mom had to go without paying the rent for a couple of months just to get me the guitar, but a few years of bloody fingers and strumming some basic John Denver songs, I finally figured it out. Been writing songs ever since. I’ve been fortunate enough to win a major songwriting competition during GMA week in Nashville, and I have worked with a publishing company during my stay there. I now reside in beautiful Northeast Ohio with my wife, and I write when I am inspired. I hope you enjoy some of my demos and are blessed in some way. The talent on this website is INCREDIBLE!
