Rhythms are precise and connected to solid low-end, guitars range from provocative to atmospheric, vocals chase themselves and overlap with sensible melodies and meaningful content – and the sound is further sophisticated by compelling violin. Influences include the Cure, Pinback, The Velvet Teen, Imogen Heap, Jeff Buckley, Radiohead, and Bjork.
