Dapp is a singer/songwriter from Cherry hill, NJ who has been spreading his solo acoustic retro-fied funk-soul blend to audiences since early in 2008. Dapp is a singer/songwriter from Cherry hill, NJ who has been spreading his solo acoustic retro-fied funk-soul blend to audiences since early in 2008. He has also been a contributing member of the bands The Blue Method, and The BurnDown All Stars before branching out on his own, taking his acoustic funk soul songwriting out as a solo effort. His songs and performance are dynamic and catchy, and his danceable funk-pop acoustic grooves and smart lyrics are infectious and interesting. He has just begun his first solo touring effort in the Greater Philadelphia area,performing at venues such as The North Star, Doc Watson’s, The Marathon, The Triumph Brewery and others while working on his first solo EP, which will be available everywhere in April of 2010.
