Without giving too much away, I just wanted to mention a new project I have begun and am really, truly excited about. In a way, it is an album, but in another way, it is not anything that has been done before. The introductory track is now uploaded and in the Modern Rock section of this site. Give it a fair listen, I think you’ll enjoy it. :)

Although my presence to this network is small, the people who have voted up my song, ‘Megan’, surely represent something big enough to make me smile, (and Megan is smiling too). So thank you. Even if you’ve only heard 15 seconds of my song, It has gone from 130 to 3 back down to 24 and now up to #2. I don’t know how long it will stay, and I have to admit that a few of my own favorites are missing from the top 10 as of now cough cough Radiolake cough cough , but I am more than thankful to see my song up there. Now, lets all keep feeding our addictions, (I’m not sure where you guys are at, but I’m coming up on 2000 battles on the month) and may the best man/woman/band/hippy/hipster/metalhead/synthpop pyschotic win and may you all accept my peace and love, even if peace and love aren’t fair.

I just arrived here several days ago and I am just now starting to build my profile to be a media extravaganza. I have only 5 fans so far, but hopefully that number will grow as we all do. As songs ride the waves of peer-judging, up to the peaks and back down to the depths, we all watch in anticipation. I have found this site to be a great place for upcoming artists, as well as a fix for those that just NEED NEED NEED their 10, 15, 20, or 100 minutes of fame. I don’t know where I fall on this site, the channels remind me of how out of place I often feel in my life and especially in my music. So far my favorite channel is Folk, not because I love folk music, but because that channel offers the most variation. Thanks to all who have listened to my songs so far, (thanks especially to those who voted ‘Megan’ all the way to #10 in Modern Rock), and thanks to those who have learned to spread the wealth, who have shared their music with me and who have shared my music with others. I hope this site continues to entertain me throughout my days. Take it easy.
