Crystal Requiem is a Progressive Metal band from San Cristóbal, Venezuela. It began as a prtoject on February of 2007, when Froilan García (Lead Guitar) left the Heavy Metal band "Guerra Santa". Crystal Requiem is a Progressive Metal band from San Cristóbal, Venezuela. It began as a prtoject on February of 2007, when Froilan García (Lead Guitar) left the Heavy Metal band "Guerra Santa". Few time later, Carlos Álvarez (former Carnage drummer) and Franklin Márquez (former Fénix Bassist) got into the band to play with them. After that, Carlos helped to find the current vocalist of the band, Andrés Ramírez. Then, in the second half of August, Carlos Álvarez (a great friend of us) had to quit the band, because he had to travel to Israel, and immediately, Luis Negrón (current drummer) got into the band. At this time, the musicians of Crystal Requiem are creating and recording the songs which are going to be part of their first album. On the other hand, the scent of the band goes from the classic Heavy Metal, Speed Metal and Trash Metal influences in order to find out a mixture with this variety of music styles; so, the musicians can apply their skills in the creation of the new songs, giving to them new shapes, so the songs can be enriched, from the simpler to the most complex things. ..
