Crystal Drummer has undoubtedly a unique and powerful voice that must be heard throughout the nation. Crystal’s songs exemplify her beliefs in personal freedom, love and life. Crystal’s musical journey began at a young age in Vallejo, California. Crystal has been blessed with the gift of song writing since the age of 17. Since then she has written for a number of church choirs, and groups throughout California. Even though Crystal’s “natural voice” is alto, she utilizes her ability to project her voice ranging from 1st soprano to 1st tenor. Crystal has graced the stage with her power-packed presence while singing background on popular television shows such as Girlfriends, American Idol and the Jerry Lewis Telethon. Crystal has also sung background for well knows artists such as, CeCe Winans, Donnie McClurkin, Yolanda Adams, Shari Demby, Christina Aguilera, Ruben Studdard, Clay Aiken, Fantasia Barrino, and Henry Ammar, as well as many local talents. Crystal’s musical career is not limited to the United States. She has traveled as far as Japan, touring with Glasshouse Productions with the exciting task of teaching Japanese students all genres of American music. As Crystal talks about her time spent in Japan and her students, you can’t help but notice her delight in having had the opportunity to have met and learned from them. When Crystal was asked what message she wanted share from her music, she humbly replied, "I hope that through my unique styles of expression through words and music, people will begin to open the eyes behind their soul and see music.
