Crimson was conceived in a small bedroom by singer/guitarist Robyn Peterson, drummer Max Moore, and bass guitarist Ethan Fisher using tiny combo-amps and lame electronic drums. After playing alt-rock and metal covers for a while, such as Say It Ain't So or For Whom The Bell Tolls, Crimson moved out of the bedroom and into the basement, gaining a PA, real drums, and room to breathe.
