After a long break, Ex OWC guitarist and drummer, Matt and Nick, are back with a new sound. They found Ferdy who can Scream your face off! and Chris who is a great bass player. After a long break, Ex OWC guitarist and drummer, Matt and Nick, are back with a new sound. They found Ferdy who can Scream your face off! and Chris who is a great bass player. Both Ferdy and Chris go to school with Matt and Nick. The four enjoy heavy music and play well together. The story is that Chris and Ferdy heard about Matt's guitar playing and asked him to join a band that they were in. As it turned out, they came to Matt's rehearsal place and jammed a few songs. They realized that they had a lot in common and wanted to start their own band. They were only missing a drummer. They asked Nick to fill in while they found a drummer. Nick sat in on the first few rehearsals. Matt, Ferdy and Chris decided to ask Nick to be the drummer for the new band. Next came naming the band. This was the fun part as many crazy names came to mind (can't say them on this page... lol) Finally it came down to two names and "Close The Wounds" was voted unanimously by all four members.
