C J Evans is the frontman/writer/producer for the band Rufus Quadrangle, an outfit based in the South Wales area of the uk. The work posted on this site is his overflow that has not made a Rufus Quadrangle album. The tunes are less produced than his work with Rufus Quadrangle (but thats how music should be).
