After months of searching for musicians, rehearsing in her sister’s basement, and hours and hours of band name testing, Luscious Digs was born.
Best described as “acoustic driven folk-pop with an edge,” their music reflects Christy’s pop sensibilities and the creativity that comes from five diverse professional musicians. Drummer, Shawn Roussin, describes it as “one part Michelle Branch, one part Sheryl Crow, with a dash of classic Heart and a twist of lime.” Together with Mark Sciascia on guitars, Mike Groove on keys and guitars, and Reid Johnson on bass, their songs are honest reflections of relationships, the heart, and even getting old.
Luscious Digs has been performing for two years, and just completed recording their first full length CD, "Forever 29", now available online!
