The story is based in nineteen forties and features an underboss named Jimmy Pain, his "woman of choice," Sally Sullivan, and his accomplice, Rocco Whitmore. Maliciously, Sally seduces Rocco into falling in love with her. Knowing that Jimmy heard of this betrayal, Rocco packed his bags and began his journey out westward and consequently away from the mafia, forever.
After losing his "woman of choice" and best friend, Jimmy lost his nerve and sanity. Paranoid, Jimmy begins to asasinate the heads of the different families in the mafia. Because of this, the head of the mafia puts a hit out on Jimmy's life. This causes Jimmy to run westward as well.
