Portrait of Chaos Theory

Chaos Theory

About Chaos Theory

Halifax, Canada

Described as a sonic assault to both mind and senses, Halifax’s Chaos Theory have quickly captured a strong and loyal fan base. With an in your face approach to modern heavy melodic rock, they have molded a unique and catchy sound that appeal to both metal and non-metal fans alike. Chaos Theory is fronted by Rock Johnson who delivers a powerful and emotional punch to Chaos Theory’s lyrics. Rhythm guitarist and backup vocalist Alex Coulstring provides hook-filled riffs, uncompromising drive and ominous screams, while lead guitarist Scott McKenzie delivers soulful, melodic and energetic leads. The band’s backbone is driven by the thundering bass work of Tim Garagan and Craig Brown’s versatile, and progressive drumming.
