Biography
Formed in the late months of 2008, Certain Civilian consists of four students at Lancaster University. Inspired by the likes of Radiohead, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd; months of writing and practising has produced a rough preview of what is to come. Certain Civilian plan to release their debut EP in early 2010.
