Centuri formed in Fall of 2008 and consists of three members: 17 year old Marcel Gruber: Lead Vocals, Keyboard and Lyrics. 18 year old Evan DeMare: Drums, Keyboard and Lyrics. 17 year old Jacob Dyck: Guitar, Lyrics and Supporting Vocals. Longtime childhood friends, Evan DeMare and Marcel Gruber began to write music together early into high school. Evan then met Jacob Dyck, an inspired guitarist in Freshman year (2006) and the two became good friends. It was not until their Senior year (2008) ...

Centuri formed in Fall of 2008 and consists of three members: 17 year old Marcel Gruber: Lead Vocals, Keyboard and Lyrics. 18 year old Evan DeMare: Drums, Keyboard and Lyrics. 17 year old Jacob Dyck: Guitar, Lyrics and Supporting Vocals. Longtime childhood friends, Evan DeMare and Marcel Gruber began to write music together early into high school. Evan then met Jacob Dyck, an inspired guitarist in Freshman year (2006) and the two became good friends. It was not until their Senior year (2008) that Evan and Jacob began to write music together using the name Nerve Bot. At the same time Evan was equally involved in another project with Marcel. In Fall of 2008, Marcel was introduced to Jacob at Evans 18th birthday, and the three quickly realized that it would be a good idea to scrap the two side projects and form Centuri.
