Cedarwell is a floating band. Songwriter Erik G. Neave pulls together as many people to join in the project as he pulls in styles to incorporate into Cedarwell´s music: sometimes solo, sometimes with one or two friends or a choir of enemies, sometimes soft and sweet, sometimes loud and harsh. Like the weather in Cedarwell´s home of Sheboygan, WI the live show twists and turns from sunny-snap-alongs to meloncholic-rainy-day-introspection to crisp autumnal rock and roll. They released an EP in 2005 and a full length called Gamboge in 2006 and have toured extensively in the states and europe since then. Listen to the recordings; catching a live show is recommended though because, like their tiny Sheboygan, Wisconsin, you have to see it to appreciate it.
