Millz impressed C.E.O. Blezz Melano with his tenacity and relentless work ethic which helped him rapidly move up in the ranks. In 2006 through 2007 Millz landed a seat on the Board of Directors heading regional sales, but the desire to produce was calling him. In late 2007 Millz resigned from being on the Board to being behind the Boards. Millz began a journey in perfecting his production craft and now has a host of artist to credit his production locally and nationally.
