Efrat Darky is a Tel Aviv based singer/songwriter and actress. She released an album in 2008 called “Brownies – Home Made Recipe”, picking the name because the album was recorded entirely in her Tel Aviv apartment.(2004) The album is a mix of electronic beats, grooves and guitar. It was produced by Tomer Ben Ari, He plays every instrument on the album, and also did the Sound engineering, editing, production and mixing. His skills give the album a magical and unique edge. “Brownies” is a mixture of pop, rock and electronica, and has been influenced by artists such as Alanis Morisette, Norah Jones, Dido ,gurrilas, Portishead and Massive Attack. Efrat Darky has formed a band with four other musicians and has been touring across Israel since 2006. Her charismatic, sexy, and introspective nature is deliciously materialized in her music.
