Brittnee Camelle Brittnee Camelle is a twenty year old female R&B artist who was born on the west coast but was raised and grew up in the suburbs of Georgia since she was about eight years old. Music has been a part of her life ever since she came out of the womb. She quotes, “In the operating room during my birth the doctor was playing music the entire time, so one of the first things to my ears was music. That was a sign to me that I was born to do this.” When you hear the song come out of her mouth you would have to know that she has been given a god-given talent from out the womb because even behind the beauty lies a voice that could touch all people from children to grown adults. She continues to master her craft on a day to day basis starting back from being a part of choir as a ten-year old girl to Honors and chamber choir in high school, countless performances, to the vocal training she gives herself now. She is a fun, outgoing, determined, and driven young woman that no matter what someone has to say about what she does, how she dresses, what she looks like, or what all she has to go through and do to get where she wants to be it doesn’t faze her one bit. As she says, “I will stop at nothing and no one to achieve this dream of mine!” Due to her dedication and talent she has had the honor to work with several talented and known producers such as Jason Rome, Bolo Productions, Travis Cherry, Chucky Charles, Brian Crosby, and the executive producers of her newest project, The Embassadors. Who which say they have to feel a connection and be inspired to work with an artist, especially a rising artist, and Brittnee exceeds the expectations of that. Along with, Brittnee said, “I loved to hear that, because not only do I want to make known that I am not just a pretty face, but that within that lies a true vocalist and talent as well, but also I want to be able to be an inspiration to people from all walks of life in this world.” Brittnee describes her music as real, classic, and different. It has the roots and base of classic R&B, but meets the new generation of edginess and pop-culture. She says, “ I want my music to bring that good feeling to people like how it use to in the prime of Mariah Carey, Stevie Wonder, and Michael Jackson, but be different and my own lane of R&B. I’m not afraid to stand out or be original. I’m not afraid to let the world see the true Brittnee Camelle.” Everyone that meets Brittnee expects nothing but greatness out her and her career, but even in her own mind she won’t except anything but success and greatness for herself. She has been on the stage for talents shows, fashion shows, pageants, chorus concerts, and even plays sharing her voice with audiences ever since she was a little girl and nothing will stop her now. Within the past year she has had the opportunity to perform on the stages of places all over Atlanta including Inferno Lounge, D’Jangos, Mosely Park, Subzero nightclub, Utopia Lounge, and The Bench. A smiling Brittnee says, “There’s a rush and thrill that I get on stage that I live for and that I will always live for. It’s where I can share myself with an audience and it where I love to be and plan to be for the rest of my life.” Brittnee Camelle as an artist and woman plans to become one of the world’s most loved music artists, wants to design her own clothing, shoe, and sunglasses line, being that that was what she was studying for the year she did at Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta, open her own performing arts school for kids one day, and even take on the acting world. Her family proudly but jokingly calls her an overachiever , but her team sees it as a young woman who wants to achieve all that she can out of life and an inspiration and motivation to continue to work for her. Brittnee says, “My mother and father always taught me to never settle for less, always strive to be the greatest, and fulfill whatever dream you have to the fullest. That’s what I plan on doing, taking all risks and making whatever sacrifices I have to in order to get there.”
