My name is DaSoul from Germany/Berlin. I produce my music under the name “Black2Production & AHBeats Wenzel”.

I produce music since a long time. Since 1996 I sing, rap, produce beats and also mix up my own tracks. I work together with a lot of producers allround the globe. For example Catch22 from California. He found my work on Tightbeatz. So i produced some hot black beats for his production. It was a good time and showed me the high quality professional work in the state. Also work toghether with some rappers here in germany. For a long time with TSP Productions. Under the project StyleVerbund we made about 45 Songs that can be heard on my page www.dasoul.de under the section MUSIK. I also made an hiphop album with drc from padaborn germany 2009.

In 2010 I will produce a lot of new tracks together with DRC.

Why this name?

DaSoul comes up in my mind in the 1990s. A few years later i startet making music under Black2Production & AHBeats Wenzel.

Michael Wenzel is my whole name. My artist name is DaSoul.

Do you play live?

In the moment there are no live stage playing but will come in the future. Will see….

How, do you think, does the internet change the music industry?

Yes the internet is the great place to show so many things about the things that made by one selfe. Everyone can show his talent to other people on other countries so no borders are there anymore. The internet clears the distance between people from long distance.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Well I think I will get in business with a big lable if the time is coming.

Band History:

I’m a self producer, singer and raper. I worked together with a lot of rappers from german also with one from california. I produce my own beats but also use free beats or work with beats that I bought. Since 1996 my music business starts and will never end because thats my life and my future.

Your influences?

I like r&b, hiphop and also soul music that are the influences that can be heard in my music style.
