BJ Griffin

BJ Griffin was born in Detroit, and raised in Virginia Beach. He attened James Madison University as a music industry and performance major. His primary instrument is cello but has heck of a voice. BJ began singing career at JMU as a soloist with the all male a capella group Exit 245 were they traveled and performed with them up and down the east coast for three years. During his time in the group exit 245 appeared on the Best of College A Cappella with Exit 245 (Nationwide Compilation) twice. Bj appeared as a soloist with Exit 245 appearance on Voices Only 2008 (Worldwide Compilation) singing Canned Heat, made popular by Jamiroquoi. Currently BJ is working on his second album that is predominantly him playing his cello and singing at the same time. The track list includes original songs and covers.
