Born in Tarzana, California, Ben Rubin started playing piano at the age of 6 with his mother's friend at a conservatory in Pasadena. Until the age of ten he expanded his knowledge in music, and then it was decided that he and his mother move to Israel. In Israel Ben fell in love the energy that came from the beats of drums after joining a Capoeira class in a town nearby his own. Born in Tarzana, California, Ben Rubin started playing piano at the age of 6 with his mother's friend at a conservatory in Pasadena. Until the age of ten he expanded his knowledge in music, and then it was decided that he and his mother move to Israel. In Israel Ben fell in love the energy that came from the beats of drums after joining a Capoeira class in a town nearby his own. He later started taking drum classes which sum up to 4 years to this date. His mother was a piano teacher, his father a guitar player; both inspired Ben to make music. After a few years Ben joined a band as a drummer. The band gained local fame and won contests between local bands, but after 6 months the band broke up. Ben decided to start making his own songs, and started out by writing one for his past girlfriend. After recording it a small flame was lit in his heart for producing music. As the time went by the flame only grew and so has his number of recorded and produced songs. Ben Rubin finished high school with a bang; he performed for the first time with his own material at his senior prom that was held at a dance club, and surprised many of his fellow students and friends with his talent.
