Q1) Is Alexis your real name?

A1) No my real name is Sharron nicholle and i have done work under that name also.

Q2) How long have you been a singer/songwriter?

A2) Well i cant remember when i started singing but i would have been just a few years old singing along to Queen cos my mum and dad were huge fans. As for writing i was about 15 yrs old and my brother wrote a song and that inspired me to write.

Q3) Who are your influences?

A3) Wow far to many to mention. You would have to look on my myspace profile. lol.

Q4) Who or what is your inspiration?

A4) Well apart from my life experiences which is enough to keep me going forever. I am inspired by a few friends who have achieved great things..Alan raw, Amanda lowe, Quentin budworth, All are remarkable people. I am inspired by Sarah mclachlan in a big way because of her writing and vocals and have been a fan for years. Loved the track thats BT remixed.

Q5} What are your other hobbies or interest?

A5} Well i love decorating but im allergic to dust lol. I like to read, Watch bands perform…all kinds of things really!

Q6) How different is Sharron to Alexis?

A6) Very! Well for a start Alexis is me but another side of me. I am a mother so i get quite busy. Yes i cook and clean. Take my children out. Do the shopping. All the things that come with having children. My children are the reason i do what i do. I want them to be proud and be inspired too!I love them.

Q7}What is your favorite food?

A7}Mmmmmm i love Thai and Italian food. Yummy!

Q8}Number one fan?

A8} I kind of promised my daughter that she will always be my number one fan.

Q9} Favorite places?

A9} Its being at home with my kid, being in the studio, anywhere sunny.

Q10} If you didnt write and sing what would you be doing?

A10} Working at Burgerking. lol. No i would probably just work in a studio cos i love music.
